Spider Group has been an extremely valuable supplier for our business! Spider Group provide us a comprehensive range of services related to Office 365, including supply, consultancy. They also help us with our cybersecurity management, training our team on HubSpot, and website and email management. We have worked with Spider for a year now and I could not recommend them highly enough. Our marketing strategy and efforts are exceeding expectations because of the hard work that the team put in. Tuvana, Claudia and Alejando working daily on the content and the paid ads. Becky, Natalie and James also introduced us to HubSpot which has been instrumental to our service delivery. What makes Spider different is that they start with asking what you want to achieve. They then go off and make it happen. Their model works really well for any business especially if you sell online. I chose to work with SpiderGroup to design and develop my company website. Right from the start of the project, they deomnstrated a great approach to ensuring the website would deliver exactly what I needed, for my target market. As a marketing consultant, it was very important for my brand to be represented very well on my website. I feel that this has been achieved. The team recommended the best approach to take and kept me in the loop on progress throughout the initial build. The training I recieved was brilliant and I was quickly able to update the site myeslf, with the knowledge that their support team was on hand to help with any questions and to undertake any of the more complicated additions. In my previously owned business the host that managed my emails and website went down and my domain was thought to be lost. After speaking with Spidergroup about the problem I was having in retrieving my domain and how I was struggling to manage my clients using a personal email address as a temporary measure, they immediately came up with a brilliant solution. The advice Spidergroup gave me enabled me to quickly retrieve my domain and move it to the Spider Office server where I was setup with an incredibly efficient and easy to use account that I could tailor to meet my needs effortlessly. Now, the owner of a new business I still use that same system and it has proven to be a great addition to the running of my business. Spider Group are just SUPERB, they handle all my email, meaning I can access it on all my devices and one delete on say, my phone, and its gone off all...the joys of hosted services. I use them for my backup, so its total piece of mind for me. Use them...they are brilliant!!
