Down-to-earth, amazing, funny, organised – all-round superstars. We were initially attracted to working with Noisy Little Monkey, as all of their outward-facing marketing is incredibly direct, unabashed, and no-nonsense. I'm pleased to report that this has been exactly the case working with them too. It's so nice not having to worry about tiptoeing around and maintaining high-levels of "formal conduct" – we just jump on a call, get straight to the point, and get stuff done. We've got a competent in-house team, but wanted to make sure that we weren't falling into the trap of "learning by doing" and slowing down our progress as a result – so we recruited the NLM gang to sense-check and advise on best-practice for quickly scaling custom integrations and automation across the platform. They've delivered value above-and-beyond our original scope, and their enthusiasm to help us improve our processes is wonderful. We all enjoy geeking-out over workflows and arguing over custom property datatypes – overall they just feel like "our people".
