Media Street are fantastic to work with. They've brought a professional & effective marketing approach to our business, which has helped us to grow efficiently & productively. The team are friendly, understanding & know their business in depth. I would highly recommended them (apart from to our competitors of course!!) :-) Well the package that’s been delivered does all of that and we have the flexibility to change it as and when we need to. Plus there’s a voice at the end of the phone. They helped us take a big step forward and they’re going to be helping us as we grow. Why don’t more more businesses work like this one! Faye has created a website that I am delighted with. She prompted me with some ideas and images to get me started and was patient as I changed my mind a few times. Faye was also helpful in directing me over website issues I didn't understand so that I had everything that I wanted included on the site.

Media Street have been providing Salcombe Finest with support for over 5 years from an initial eCommerce website build followed by ongoing technical support. Over time when my business demands changed, they have built a custom online bookings system, re-designed the website and provided fantastic SEO and marketing support. In less than one year with guidance and their direct input, the website now ranks organically in the number 1-3 spot for 9 keywords and position 4-10 for another 36 keywords. Website traffic has improved dramatically from 1000 visitors a month to over 7500. For paid ads there is a strategy and budget put in place which is monitored, tweaked and reported on a monthly basis. It is a total pleasure to work with the whole Media Street team; highly recommended and fairly priced for a tip-top service.
